Have you ever wanted to make a spaghetti sauce, but also wanted to eat cabbage? Have you ever wondered how to reconcile these two desires? Here is your solution! A delicious and awesome cabbage sauce. All ingredient amounts can be adjusted to your tastes; I like to add a LOT of cabbage and carrots, some people like to add more mushroom. This recipe conforms to your fancy.
Ingredients:
Chop up the onion into little bits and sautee with a little olive oil. Add the cabbage, a few cups worth, chopped up, along with chopped carrot. Sautee. Add the tomato paste, one can, with one can’s worth of water, as well as chopped mushrooms and crushed red pepper. Cook until the carrots are soft, probably about 15 to 20 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and hot sauce (FRANK’S RED HOT!) to taste. Serve over spinach noodles, or any old kind of noodle, with optional parmesan cheese.

After I ate this, I felt totally awesome. You will too.
